Dick Norton N6AA , le directeur de la division ARRL SW, est au centre de la poussière (Firestorm?) Au conseil d’administration de l’ARRL. Il est le directeur qui a été censuré lors d’une réunion spéciale du conseil l’automne dernier, car des commentaires inappropriés à la convention Visalia DX le printemps dernier.
Il est également le directeur que le directeur de la division Hudson, Mike Lisenco N2YBB, a déclaré être en partie responsable d’un «environnement toxique» à la Ligue. Les commentaires de Lisenco ont été prononcés au début de l’année 2018 au cours d’une assemblée publique de la Division de l’Hudson, avec un lien de cette discussion sur QRZ.com.
